Terms and Conditions

1. The first 30 days are absolutely free of charge, but we require a credit card as a deposit. Note that nothing will be charged on your credit card at this time.

2. At the end of the free 30-day trial period, your credit card will be debited to pay for the following months, according to the chosen package, unless you cancel your trial account before or on the 30th day by sending an e-mail to our Billing Department. NO REFUND will be issued should you forget to cancel your trial account prior to the renewal date of your trial account.

3. If you decide to stay with us after the 30-day free trial, your account will remain active. You can also change your contract length by contacting our Billing Department a few days prior to your free trial ending.

4. The domain registration fee is not covered by our 30-day free trial. Thus if you decided to register a new domain with your trial account, you will be charged for the domain registration fee upon the account activation.

5. The 30-day free trial applies to all shared web hosting and email hosting accounts. It does not apply to dedicated servers or co-location.

6. The activity of 30-day free trial accounts is monitored and any account that misuses it by sending unsolicited e-mails, or perpetrating fraudulent activities, child pornography, IRC servers/bouncers, hacking, cracking etc., will be terminated immediately.
